Ahh!! Has June been crazy or what?! Today makes it half way over and I feel like it's barely begun!
We've been running around like crazy people these last few weeks. That's why you haven't heard from us much, sorry about that. So, here's a quick run-down about where we've been running to! ;)
HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION!
My little sister Amy graduated from high school at the end of May. We're so proud of her! Although, it's weird to me, being the older sister. Only 2 more years till all the girls are out of the house!
me and the grad.
REXBURG!
Thomas is finishing his last few classes at BYU-Idaho! Only one more month and a few days until graduation and the hunt for an internship! :)
RIGBY!
Towards the end of May I was invited as a guest to speak to the Rigby Rotary club about up and coming trends in Interior Design. It was a great opportunity and I now have two clients from that meeting that I'm working with! One is a commercial property and another a kitchen remodel! Stay tuned for more details!
MUTUAL!
Two weeks ago I was called to be the new Mia-Maid's advisor in my ward! I've always dreamed of being in young womens! I had some of the most amazing leaders growing up and I was inspired and encouraged to do the same for the future youth of my ward! We have some amazing girls in our ward and I'm humbled and privileged to be their teacher.
CHURCH!
Ok, we always go to church, but last week was craaazy! It was my first Sunday teaching the Mia Maid girls so I was pretty nervous. Thomas is still teaching our Sunday school class so I told him I would help AND we were asked to speak in Sacrament Meeting! Yeah. I know. We taught or spoke every class period of church. Although stressful, it turned out to be great!
SHELLEY!
We had a awesome BBQ with the Rahmigs last weekend to celebrate Michelle's birthday! What great people and friends they are! Chris and Lacey have really been there for us through everything! Couldn't ask for greater friends!!
UTAH!
Thomas and his family spent Saturday in Utah celebrating Adam's birthday by golfing in Utah! Yay for birthdays!
PRESTON!
We haven't actually gone there yet, but we're headed to the first annual Porter reunion this weekend! We're going to the homestead where my grandfather was born and raised! Can't wait to see everyone and learn more about grandpa!
Although we're busy, we're happy! We have great friends and family and we can't wait to make more memories this summer! Woo woo!

Hey, my dad's entire family came from the Preston/Franklin area.Maybe we are related.
