believe me, i didn't want to.
what i really wanted to do was go get a $5 pizza, put my feet up, and watch a movie. having 3 wonderful days off work really made it hard to go back. i find that if i take too many days off in a row, my feet have to adjust to standing for 7 hours again. lame.
anywho, that's not why i'm blogging tonight. i'm blogging to record my efforts of trying to keep my 2011 goals! instead of giving into the easy dinner, i spent an hour preparing a pretty delicious-nutritious dinner! {it is nutritious, i even calculated it all out on myfitnesspal after dinner}.
here's proof:

now i can kick my feet up, cause today i did it!

ReplyDeleteexcept for the one time when i got tricked into eating half of a habenaro pepper in an otherwise scrumptious bite. and almost burnt my mouth off.
and that was the only day that i didn't like those.
