a reminder

Tonight I'm grateful for prayers, little prayers that get answered when you don't even know you need them. I'm grateful for a loving Father in Heaven who listens to my prayers, or should I say complaints and frustrations. I think that's one reason I wanted to do a daily thankful post, to help me realize all the things I do have. It really has helped me see how blessed I am.

The first year we were married we had an FHE a couple weeks before Thanksgiving where we wrote down all our blessings on a big sheet of butcher paper. We hung it on our door where we could see it often. It was a great activity and reminder of our blessings. Maybe we'll try it out again this year.
