So last month I finished my year-long read of the Chronicles of Narina series
{hey! I was in college too!}. It was fabulous.
I've never read them all together, in order.
There is such an insight that C.S. Lewis has into, not only this life, but the next,
and the way everything works together.
If you haven't read them, or haven't read them in a while,
I dare you to read them again...they're excellent!
{I just love Aslan!}
But now that I'm finished with that, I'm struggling to get into something else.
I've read a couple chapters of some books I have around the house,
but couldn't get into them.
but couldn't get into them.
So I'd like to ask you, cause you're so great and I trust you,
what should I read next?

Also, thanks to you I don't feel so lame updating everyday.
I really did appreciate all your comments...love ya!

I've had many people recommend the book "5000 Year Leap" and I want to read it. I've also been wanting to re-read some of my favorites: "The Five Love Languages," "The Princess Bride," and "The Little Prince." :) Let me know what you pick.
ReplyDeleteThe Hunger Games and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins--the third book, Mocking Jay comes out in a couple of weeks!
ReplyDeleteHunger Games series is AMAZING. Also, I'm about a size 8 and a medium in tops...thanks for thinking of me. xo
ReplyDeleteI also will suggest Hunger Games. It's on my list after the Harry Potter Series.. but my husband just finished the second one- and he LOVED them.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever read the Tennis Shoe Adventure Series by Chris Heimerdinger? The characters time travel to Book of Mormon and Bible times/locations. The 11th book in the series comes out in September.
ReplyDeleteHUNGER GAMES!
ReplyDeleteanyone read "The Great and The Terrible"?
ReplyDeleteI will agree with the Hunger games- very good books! I also really liked The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.
ReplyDeleteSome told me a little bit ago that I should read The Hunger Games so I thought, "I should tell Caley..." I'm a bit behind :)
