Along with doing my internship this summer, I have also been working for the Interior Design Department here at BYUI. I am the new head librarian and, boy, are they making a lot of changes. (But then again, what isn't changing at BYUI?)
Anywho, I've cleaned out the entire book section and am now putting them all online, well on an I-Learn course so all the students have access to them from their computers. I'm also putting all our product catalog info online by manufacturer and creating a section for posting jobs, library maps, service point opportunities, and a book check-out-system.
I know most of you are thinking by this point, cool Caley, whatever...but I am seriously so proud of myself. I never before really understood how I-Learn worked and now I'm creating a whole course! I hope the students use it and realize how much good information we have in that library of ours!
(Ok I should probably get back to work now...haha)
