ZOOS

About a month ago I found out Thomas had never been to the Hogle Zoo! We took a Saturday and enjoyed a day date checking out the many animals in the absolutely, beautiful weather! I've always loved the monkeys, but the polar bear stole the show that day, as you'll see in the videos. I hear he does it nearly everyday, all day. 

The next Saturday, my family was in town so we went to the aviary. The last time I was there was for my fourth grade field trip. The owls were my favorite there. My least favorite: sitting at the bird show thinking one of the birds was going to either land or poop on me. It didn't help that the lady conducting said that they do sometimes land on audience members' heads or shoulders. Ugh. No thanks. 

It was fun, though. The weather, the company, the animals, the memories...all fun.

After the aviary, Thomas joined up with his brother Adam for the Utah vs BYU game...as you can see HERE. They were on the front row, surrounded by red. I think I would've feared for my life...
