This past weekend we attended the first annual Porter family reunion. It was held in Cornish, Utah. It wasn't random that we chose to have it there, my grandpa Porter grew up just a few miles east of Cornish near Preston called Cub River.
The Cornish Retreat was built in the 1890's, has 5 bedrooms and enough space to hold the entire Porter family. It was surrounded by beautiful fields, on the side of a mountain and in the wide open.
View from the road. We all loved the huge front lawn.
Open as far as the eyes can see!
We played soccer, frisbee, flag football, bocce, and softball in the beautiful weather!
Thomas and I throwing the frisbee around.
They had these really cool blue-ish flowers that I'd never seen before.
We also ate smore's. We learned that Riley likes his mallows burnt. haha.
That next day we all took the short drive over to grandpa's old farmyard and home.
I'll try and post it later today or tomorrow...I found it fascinating, hope you do too!

So beautiful! I love family reunions!
