How can I not post about this place? It's one of my very favorite places in the entire world! Not only do I love the architecture resembling ancient American temples, it's where Thomas and I became a forever family. What's better than that?
I came here as a youth to do baptisms for the dead, as a college student with my singles ward, and eventually with my best friend to be sealed for time and alllll eternity! We've come back to this place many times since we've been married to get away from the world and feel the pure joy and peace that it brings into our lives. There's nothing like being reminded about the eternal perspective when life gets you down.
Thomas and I actually returned here last night with our friends Tehra & Chad {Tehra is also doing the Photo Challenge! Check her out!}. It was good to see them as well as visit the House of the Lord. :)
I remember that day! That was an awesome day! Couldn't have picked a better girl for my cousin to marry!
